Blogging started some 25 years ago, so I have come to it rather late.  Yet blogging itself has come late in human efforts to present ideas - whether through cave paintings,  hieroglyphics, papyrus scrolls, books, periodicals, graffiti, and more.  Many of these efforts can be considered philosophy - as attempts to simply make sense of things - to clarify and share understandings, to identify value.  That is what I hope to do here - to help make sense of things, to discover value - by going back to the basics.
